ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Yehuda Shinar, entrepreneur and strategic consultant, developer of the WINNER MODEL, founder and CEO of WINNING ENTERPRISES, and author of the book “Think Like a Winner”.

Yehuda has been extensively involved in the question of what is winningness. Who is a winner? For 25 years, he studied the subject, interviewed successful and outstanding people, and researched the secret of their success. His surprising findings served as the basis for developing the WINNER MODEL, and later for establishing WINNING ENTERPRISES, which distributes the revolutionary method behind recurring success stories worldwide.

The method was recognized and supported by the Innovation Authority in Israel, and the WINNER MODEL has been implemented, among other things, in the training process of fighter pilots in the Israeli Air Force. The model has driven successful strategies in many organizations, including the Royal Bank of Scotland, the British Olympic Institute/Sport UK, the popular London radio station Radio Capital, NatWest Bank, the London Stock Exchange, the Leonardo hotel chain, and many more. All, in addition to involvement in what is still considered England’s all-time greatest sporting achievement: winning the 2003 Rugby World Cup.

2. To this end, a warrior who fights uncompromisingly and consistently wins the hardest battle of all: the battle against himself, against those parts of their emotional world that constitute mental barriers and other obstacles on their path to success

3. Achieves the best possible result task after task, and time after time

4. Continuously improves their skills and performance, while persisting in their efforts and doing everything in their power to repeatedly break glass ceilings, and thus their own records

Winners have learned to trust themselves first and foremost! Therefore, winners courageously question and keep debriefing themselves – the goal is to keep improving!

Winners need to know precisely and in real-time whether and to what extent the decisions made, and/or the manner of their execution bring them closer or further from the goal which they set themselves.
