COME AND LEARN HOW OUR PERSONAL RECORDS CAN ALL BE BROKEN

WINNING ENTERPRISES, a scientific company specializing in the intriguing and inspiring behavioral and functional phenomenon called winningness, was established in 1996 by Yehuda Shinar, the CEO and founder. This was after its flagship WINNER MODEL was presented to the Israeli Chief Scientist – now the Innovation Authority – and was officially recognized, which led the Israeli Air Force among others, to adopt and implement the principles of the model.

The starting point in the Winner approach is the understanding that being a winner means adopting a lifestyle of courage and continuous self-challenge in favor of breaking personal records – even against all odds.

You will acquire a practical toolbox that guarantees winning performance using a method that has proven itself time and time again, based on a clear and regulated methodology that will allow you to consciously embark on and stabilize yourself on a winning life path.

The role and uniqueness of the WINNER MODEL is its ability to pour real, accessible, practical, and applied content into the concept of: winningness.

ENGLAND RUGBY TEAM
In 1999, Yehuda met Clive Woodward, the manager and head coach of the England rugby team. Clive understood the unique potential of the WINNER MODEL, and in light of the team’s ongoing failures, decided to adopt the model as a strategic tool in defense, offense, training, and overall team management.
The result: from that day on, the team set itself on a path of repeated success, including winning the Grand Slam at the 2003 Six Nations tournament, and a record by winning the World Cup that year, an accomplishment considered in England to be the greatest sporting achievement of all time.

MACCABI TEL AVIV FOOTBALL CLUB
In the 2003-4 season of the Premier League, the Maccabi Tel Aviv management approached Yehuda with a request to help the team reach the Champions League. Until then, Israel’s biggest team had failed to achieve this goal. Its position in the table was not particularly promising either.
The goal was achieved!

THE ISRAELI AIR FORCE
A special Certificate of Appreciation was dedicated to Yehuda Shinar for his unique contribution to the training process of fighter pilots in the Israeli Air Force.
